The JCW-CS09 is a fully programmable bench-top stripping & twisting machine for processing 2 pieces of wires up to 3mm². All of the parameters such as wire cutting length, stripping length, twisting length, twisting force etc. can be accurately entered and stored for future recall at any time. The JCW-CS09 cut & strip machine adopts high torque stepper motors, robust twisting station.

When the twisting function is on, the JCW-CS09 machine can produce 7,000 pieces per hour. If you do not need to twist the wires, you can turn off the twisting function and the machine's hourly production capacity will reach 10,000 pieces.

Easy to use

Each of the JCW-CS09 cutting and stripping machine comes with an English display, the display language is customizable. A user-friendly interface and color touchscreen make the operation so accurate and simple.
