JCW-CM04 Series Insulated Sleeve Insertion and Wire Crimping Machine
The JCW-CM04 series machines are modular designed wire crimping machines, which allow wire cutting and stripping, insulated sleeve insertion, and terminal crimping.
We offer several models for selection, from single wire to two wires and three terminals processing.
For joint crimping, two wires can be placed in a parallel position of vertical position to meet different production needs.
All of the processing parameters, such as stripping length, cutting length, crimping force, feeding speed, etc are programmable.
7" LCD touch screen and user-friendly interface give intuitive operation, it ensures the accuracy of input and program.
The JCW-CM04 series automatic wire crimping machines adopt servo-driven systems, high-quality parts and various automatic detections to guarantee high-speed and stable performance.
The JCW-CM04 automatic sleeve insertion and wire crimping machines are compatible with different crimping applicators. The changeover is fast and easy.
