Flexible wire harness taping machine

The JCW-T03 is a table-top wire and wire harness taping machine, designed for wire, cable, and wire harness bundling, insulating, and marking. 

This tape wrapping machine offers 4 taping ways that expand the capacity max. 

Different from JCW-T02, this machine uses rollers to feed cable, which allows continuous long taping. 

Spot taping is also available on the JCW-T03 taping machine. You only need to set taping turns and taping speed. 

The JCW-T03 cable taping machine also does multi-section taping, the taping position and taping lengths are all settable easily. 

Unique sequence taping function allows multi-spot taping by following the saved program. 

User-friendly HMI, safe operation 

The JCW-T03 is equipped with user-friendly HMI, the language is changeable from English to others by customers' requirements. 

A transparent safety cover is fitted above the rotation unit to protect the operator. A compressed air supply is all that needed to activate it.
