Specialist corrugated tube dereeler & prefeeder
The JCW-WP14 tube prefeeding machine is specially designed for corrugated tube prefeeding. The flexible corrugated tube was difficult to be handled, on traditional machines, the corrugated tube is easily deformed during transportation and changes the length measurement of the tube cutting machine.
The electrical JCW-WP14 tubing feeding machine is equipped with moveable pulleys which respond to the typical intermittent starting and stopping actions associated with automatic tube cut machines. The active feeding rollers prefeed the tube into butter zone, which provides constant tension to the tubing processing machines, the deform is avoided and the cutting precision is always stable.
This active corrugated tube dereeler adopts PLC and control touchscreen, the prefeeding length and speed, the rotate directions are all settable in seconds.
