Ultra cutting force

The JCW-C07 heavy-duty cutting machine uses a powerful cylinder to ensure continuous and straight cutting for heavy-duty heat shrink tubing & copper braid, even steel wire rope belongs to its processing range. A stable 5 to 7 kg compressed air supply is the power source. The stroke of the cutter is 50mm, which allows it to process round material with max φ40mm, the max cutting width achieves 80mm. 

The JCW-C07 electric tube cutting machine adopts high-quality HSS blades with special hot treatment, that offers low wear and long service life, the straight cutting surface is very beautiful and the end is ultra neat. 

PLC control, safe and careful operation

The JCW-C07 automatic cutting machine combines a PLC control system, high torque step motors, high-quality belts feeding system, and mechanical components, all of that guarantee tight clamping and precise feeding onto the material. 

This cutting machine adopts a transparent safety cover, safety sensor. That offers a clear vision of processing and minimizes the danger level. 

All of the parameters can be input and changed in seconds, via the 7" color touchscreen. On the standard model, we supply an English interface, which can be changed by following the customer's requirements, OEM is also available.
