The standard fine wire stripping machine JCW-CS03 uses high-quality robust metal wheels (iron-clad aluminum). This machine is suitable for most PVC, rubber and other fine wires. However, for silicone wires, Teflon wires, etc., we usually recommend customers to use PU wheels, or use metal wheels and PU wheels together. Even so, the surface pattern of the wheel designed to ensure the clamping force will still leave some marks on the surface of the wire.
The processing accuracy of the wheel model for long wires is not enough to meet the production requirements of some high-standard customers.
